People being nice to me

(Yes I'm enough of a loser to keep track of these things)

I have 2 stories of people being particularly nice to me.
1. I went to 7/11 on Tuesday morning to buy a bag of chips. When my mom pulled in front of  the store some guy waved at us and I guess I half acknowledged him. Then when I got out of the car he opened the door for me and greeted me with a big smile on his face. Like I was going to some family restaurant. Then when I left he opened the door for me again and wished me good luck at school.
2. If you hadn't figured out, I'm quiet. In spanish class the teacher was trying to get the class to settle down a girl on the other side of the room to me said, "Yeah Julia, stop being so loud." The teacher asked if I knew the girl, creating an scene. (Okay, that's an overstatement)This happens a lot when people think they're being funny, so I wasn't upset. But then after class the girl came up to me and apologized for embarrassing me.  
Gosh people are nice some times. I think I should try to be nice, because it makes me feel so great when others are. It sounds hard. Maybe I'll just try to not ignore people.

School (as Always)

School is starting up soon (the 16th to be exact). Of course I'm stressed.
1: I'm taking more difficult classes. The one I'm worried about the most is AP Spanish. In classes like this you have to be approved by your teacher, so they know you wont be overwhelmed. The teacher for this happens to be the teacher I had last year and the year before, so she's well aware of how badly I do in class. Last year most of my tests were just above failing and the fact that she only grades homework for completion is the only thing that saved me. I kind of feel like the thinks my wanting to take the class is good enough, that not many others signed up.
I realize I do have some easy(er) classes like Wood Tech and Drafting. Physics will be easy because I already took pre-physics last year. But it was with the same teacher and I really dislike her. She tells really boring stories and the class is really slow, so we'll see. One teacher I am exited for is the pre-calculus teacher. He has won teacher of the year many years in a row and everyone talks about him.
2: I have a past history of procrastination and BSing. I supose I should just try to ignore this if I want to progress.
3: Let's not even talk about social interactions.

I think most arguments about evolution could be avoided what evolution is and is not arguing.
As you know, were doing "origins of life". After my presentation (about finches) a girl asked me, "if you go to Antarctica, why don't you grow hair all over your self?". Evolution doesn't happen over night and it won't happen in one generation.
Another girl presented a law, I don't remember what it was called, but it stated that life only creates similar life and that life can't come from nothing. She said this proved that this law proved evolution wrong because evolution says a horse can give birth to a zebra. Except it doesn't. It is doubtful that a horse will ever evolve to have stripes, but if so it wouldn't one day give birth to one.
I'm mostly frustrated that people think this because they weren't educated because of the school's "buffer".

School Check in Day

Today I had to go to school at 12 to get my books/ ID/ locker.
First they printed new schedules for every one for updates and to make it easier to get the correct books. Every thing looks basically the same on mine, exept they changed my art class and my programing class into a business class (Marketing 1/ DECA). This is upsetting for obvious reasons, but also another one of my classes is It's your Business: Intro, so I have two business classes.
Next I went to go get an ID, which turned out Okay, and a locker. This year you had to have your potential locker partner with you and I wasn't sure if and when Riley would come so I let them assign me a  random partner; Alysha/ Alysa/ Eliesha.
After that I went to go get my books, one for every class. UGH. While I was in line Riley comes by and she didn't have a locker yet but I can't change.
Last I went to my locker and met A... and I found out she she is one of those "popular types", luckily she's one of the nicer ones but we wont be friends.
Alright that was mostly negative, if I make a goal list for the new school year being positive will be on it.

Last Day Of School

Today was the last day of school. I'm kind of sad but I kind of don't care. I didn't buy a yearbook or photos, so that sucks. Here's hoping for a more exiting next year.

Last Day

The last day of school for me is possibly next week. Oh My God.

Play(s)

Tomorrow I have to be in a play for Lit, I'm nervous but I know my lines then in the next period I have to be in a play for Spanish. I don't know my lines and I don't have a costume, and yes, it is in Spanish.
